About Me

I am Caleb Combs, M.D., a Board-certified General Psychiatrist and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management and individual therapy.

I earned my medical degree at the Florida State University College of Medicine, completed my General Psychiatry Residency at Jackson Health System, the University of Miami and the Miami VA Hospital, and then completed my Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship, also at UM. Throughout this journey, I learned the importance of patient-centered care, the value of having patients of with a variety of life experiences and cultural backgrounds, and how to support those of all ages and stages of life.

From emergency settings, inpatient care, and specialty outpatient clinics, I have learned to manage everything from acute mental health crises to long-term goals in relationships and personal growth.

I continue to develop my expertise through clinical practice, supervision, and collaboration with other providers. My goal is to provide compassionate care, earn trust, and provide hope even in challenging moments.

About My Practice

Mental health is personal and unique to each person. I will take time to get to know you and your specific needs. It is important that you feel heard, respected and empowered to reach your goals, in health and in life.

I have experience treating depression, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, social anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I also focus on personality disorders and disorders of childhood - parent-child relational issues, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, social anxiety, and OCD.

My treatment recommendations may include individual therapy, medication management, lab work, and collaborative care with other providers.

Because I am the only provider in my practice, your care is personal and direct. My goal is to offer quality care with attention to detail, reliable communication, and with integrity.

I welcome adults, children, and adolescent patients of all orientations and backgrounds.

I am currently accepting new patients.

Fees for service:

Initial phone consultation (10-15 minutes) - Free

Intake appointment (90 minutes) - $400

Follow-up (50 minutes) - $250

Follow-up (20 minutes) - $200

This practice is out-of-network and only accepts payment by credit or debit card at the time of service. Clients are offered a billing statement to submit to private insurances, excluding Medicaid and Medicare.
